Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic seeks licensed clinical therapists to deliver remote psychosocial care for patients 13 and older. You will work in a flexible 20–40 hour weekly schedule, providing assessment, counseling, and treatment planning with clinical team support.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methods including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients aged 13+; deliver therapy with clinical care team support.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; provide short-term counseling.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and telehealth tools to reach patients remotely.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain licensure, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
