Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic seeks licensed clinicians to provide remote therapy to patients aged 13 and up. This 20–40 hour/week role requires active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT licenses and a commitment to evidence-based care in a telehealth setting.

You'll join a supportive clinical care team and have opportunities for professional development while delivering patient-centered psychosocial support across communities.

Qualifications

• Active state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT in one or more states.
• Masters degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy to patients aged 13+.
• Develop and execute treatment plans with evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to coordinate care.
• Deliver care with empathy and maintain documentation in EHR.
