Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote psychosocial support to patients aged 13 and up. This 20–40 hour per week role emphasizes autonomy, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with a clinical care team to manage treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license, with willingness to obtain state licenses as needed. Remote delivery, strong interpersonal skills, and EHR proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT in one or more states.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methodologies (e.g., motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, CBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients aged 13+.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy with access to assessment and treatment planning tools.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to support continuity of care.
• Practice therapy remotely in a flexible, 20–40 hour per week schedule.
