Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic seeks licensed clinical therapists to join a remote, 20-40 hour/week practice supporting patients 13 and up. Must hold an active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license and be willing to obtain additional state licensure.

As part of a collaborative clinical care team, you will provide evidence‑based therapy, develop treatment plans, and educate patients while embracing a flexible, fully remote delivery model. A Master’s degree and EHR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license in at least one US state.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing and CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy to patients aged 13+.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure continuity of care.
