Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Nebraska is seeking a licensed LIMHP to manage a regular caseload of adults and adolescents. You will work independently day to day while remaining part of a clinical team for consultation when needed, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include leading counseling appointments, reviewing cases, addressing mood and trauma concerns, and ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Nebraska LIMHP license required.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled counseling appointments with adults and adolescents.
• Review new cases and determine the most appropriate starting point for care.
• Address concerns involving mood, behavior, stress, trauma, and life changes.
• Make clinical decisions when a client’s condition or needs shift.
• Keep case information and required records organized.
• Bring complex cases forward for consultation when appropriate.
• Recognize when a client would benefit from another service or level of care.
• Meet Nebraska LIMHP professional and licensing requirements.
