Zusammenfassung

A Better Way Therapy, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to join our Omaha, NE team. You will treat a wide range of mental health conditions and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include screening for disorders, conducting IDIs where needed, delivering CBT/DBT and other evidence-based therapies, tracking treatment progress, and maintaining compliant electronic records.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted LIMHP in the state of NE.

Aufgaben

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Complete Nebraska Medicaid Initial Diagnostic Interviews (IDI) for clinicians who are not independently licensed and provide oversight on these client cases.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
