A Better Way Therapy, part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to join our Omaha, NE team. You will assess patients, provide evidence-based treatments, and maintain compliant medical records within a supportive Optum care network.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, with potential flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the Optum Behavioral Care family.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted LIMHP in the state of NE.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Complete Nebraska Medicaid Initial Diagnostic Interviews (IDI) for clinicians not independently licensed with supervisor oversight.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor changes in symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
