Mind Oak Health Care Inc. in New York is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our remote care team.

The role focuses on underserved communities, delivering culturally competent mental health services, assessments, and evidence-based therapy from a flexible, full-time home-based setup. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide crisis intervention, family and group sessions, and ongoing education to patients and families.

Competenze

• Master's degree in SW, MHC, MFT, or psychology.
• Current state licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Experience in mental health assessment and diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care) for individuals.
