AYS Group is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team as Independent Contractor representatives. This fully remote, phone-based role uses warm leads; no prior insurance experience or current license is required to apply.

You will contact leads by phone, assess needs, explain coverage options, and help qualified clients complete the application. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a performance-based sales

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance information
• Conduct client appointments remotely by phone
• Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget
• Educate prospective clients about available life insurance options
• Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process
• Maintain accurate client information
• Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training
• Develop strong phone communication, follow-up, and sales skills
