Integrity FEX is expanding its remote life insurance sales team and seeking licensed professionals who can grow their business while helping families find coverage that fits their needs.

As an agent, you will work directly with prospective clients to understand goals, explain coverage options, and guide them through the application process from a remote location. Ongoing training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting business remotely and over the phone.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily schedule independently.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions.
• Conduct phone-based consultations to determine individual coverage needs.
• Educate clients on available Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Whole Life, and other life insurance options.
• Provide personalized coverage recommendations based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients.
• Utilize provided sales technology and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, team development, and carrier education.
• Maintain professional and compliant sales practices.
