Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Licensed Sales and Service Insurance Agent based in the United States to combine insurance expertise with consultative selling and exceptional customer service for a member-focused community of automotive enthusiasts. The role covers the full sales cycle from quote through policy completion and ongoing policy servicing, in a remote setting available to licensed candidates in select U.S.

states.

Qualifications

• Active personal lines or P&C insurance license required.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in insurance, sales, or service.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to identify customer needs and close opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in an adherence-based environment and follow established processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Strong sense of urgency and professional customer-service demeanor.
• Able to learn new products, processes, and regulations quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good collaboration with team members and leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products and services to customers and agency partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing.
• Explain policies, coverage options, and new products clearly to customers.
• Service existing policies promptly and professionally according to procedures.
• Assess risk and apply underwriting considerations.
• Prepare complete, accurate documentation for customer and policy activities.
• Handle a high volume of telephone interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leaders.
• Use computer systems and applications to manage interactions, documentation, and activities.
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and internal controls.
