Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven insurance agency environment.
• Familiarity with insurance quoting and agency management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new insurance business.
• Present and recommend auto, home, life, and personal lines products.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow up with prospects.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet sales goals while delivering customer service.
• Document interactions in agency systems.
