The Juris Agency, a long‑standing insurance firm with a national footprint, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join remotely. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $100K+ or more for top performers, with no artificial cap and strong marketing support.

You will work 100% remotely across the country, conduct needs‑based conversations, quote and close multiple lines of insurance, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Quote, present, and close new business opportunities.
• Navigate needs-based conversations to identify bundling opportunities.
• Build value around coverage, protection, and relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and compliance.
• Follow up and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed production and activity goals.
