Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent in Richardson, TX to handle inbound customer inquiries for RealPage Insurance products in a hybrid setup located in Richardson. The role focuses on accurate policy servicing, payments, and endorsements with a customer-friendly approach.

The position requires an active Property & Casualty license and call-center experience. You will document interactions in the CRM and work under a fast-paced environment with a base hourly pay and eligibility

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required before start date.
Call-center or customer-service experience preferred.
Experience in insurance environment valued; GEICO experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with insurance policy questions and service requests.
Process policyholder transactions accurately and promptly.
Assist with payments, billing questions, policy changes, endorsements, and coverage inquiries.
Rewrite existing policies when needed.
Document interactions and tasks in the CRM.
Explain insurance information clearly while following regulations and policies.
Meet department service-level and quality expectations.
Earn incentives for eligible policies enrolled.
