Job summary

RealPage, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Team Leader to guide a high-performing team of 12–18 licensed insurance agents supporting RealPage customers. You’ll coach, monitor performance, and partner with leadership to achieve service goals in a fast-paced contact center.

This role emphasizes leadership development, process improvements, and collaboration with product teams. Evening/weekend coverage may be required to meet business needs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• At least two years of experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Previous people-leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document information and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Support agents with complex questions, service issues, and escalations.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions.
• Identify process improvements and resolve operational challenges.
• Partner with managers on staffing, scheduling, and development.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to team performance.
• Collaborate with product management, development, implementation, and support.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused culture.
• Serve as a backup resource for phones and other needs.
• Participate in evening or weekend coverage as needed.
