Job summary

Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency in Florida is seeking licensed insurance agents to build a personal book of business and help clients protect homes, vehicles, and businesses. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and the freedom to operate from our Middleburg HQ or remotely anywhere in Florida.

You’ll work with Brightway’s carrier network to compare options, educate clients, and develop long-term relationships that drive renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 license required
• Ability to help clients assess risk and advise on coverage
• Experience in personal and/or commercial lines preferred
• Comfort with a commission-based compensation model

Responsibilities

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about insurance needs
• Help clients understand risks and make informed coverage decisions
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability, and other available products
• Compare options across Brightway's carrier network
• Build and manage a book of business with recurring renewal income
• Develop referral partnerships and pursue new sales opportunities
• Grow personal production and meet monthly targets
