Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency is seeking licensed insurance agents to help individuals, families and businesses protect their assets while building a substantial, renewable income. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap, offering remote work from anywhere in Georgia.

You will leverage Brightway’s carrier network to tailor coverage, grow your personal book, and develop partnerships that drive ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
• Experience as a licensed insurance agent in personal and commercial lines preferred.
• Willingness to work on a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about coverage needs.
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability, and other coverages.
• Compare options across Brightway’s carrier network.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop referral partnerships and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Grow personal book of business and recurring renewals.
• Meet a minimum monthly production after ramp-up period.
