Brightway Insurance - The Herd Agency is seeking licensed and experienced insurance agents who want to help people protect homes, vehicles, businesses, families, and financial security while building a personal book of business that can generate income for years.

This is a 100% commission-based role with no commission ceiling, and positions can sit in our Middleburg HQ or be remote from anywhere in Florida.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license.
• Genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Want to build an excellent income through your own effort.
• Motivated by goals and comfortable being accountable for results.
• Provide your own computer equipment meeting Brightway’s tech requirements.
• Previous experience selling personal and commercial lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk with individuals, families, and business owners about coverage needs.
• Help clients understand risks and make informed coverage decisions.
• Quote and bind homeowners, auto, flood, liability, and other available insurance products.
• Compare options across Brightway’s carrier network.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop referral partnerships and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Grow a personal book of business and recurring renewal income.
• Meet a minimum monthly production requirement after ramp-up period.
