Job summary

TimelyCare offers a remote 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist role licensed in New Mexico, for provision of therapy to college students via the TimelyCare platform. You will develop treatment plans, document in the EHR, and coordinate with other teams to ensure continuity of care.

The position supports flexible hours and remote work from home or a professional space, with malpractice insurance provided and compensation discussed at interview. NM license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW required; associate therapists are not applicable.
• Active State License in NM; additional licensure is a plus.
• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills.
• Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning.
• Background serving young adults in college counseling or community mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population.
• Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant notes using TimelyCare's EHR.
• Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support care continuation.
• Adhere to documentation standards and professional ethics.
