Job summary

TimelyCare seeks licensed clinical therapists to provide remote counseling to college students. This 1099 role requires active NM licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) and involves delivering therapy, developing treatment plans, and documenting in TimelyCare’s HIPAA-compliant system.

Therapists set their own schedule and work from home or a private office. We offer flexible hours across Monday–Sunday, with malpractice insurance provided and a focus on evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals with NM licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) required.
• Active clinical documentation, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to primarily young adults.
• Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after sessions.
• Document contemporaneously in TimelyCare's EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support care continuity.
