Job summary

Headlight in the United States is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate mental health care with autonomy. Our team is backed by Clinical Leadership and integrated administrative support, including insurance, billing, and marketing, so you can focus on patient care.

We offer flexible schedules, W-2 compensation, and access to innovative technology to enhance clinical notes and client engagement, while collaborating with experienced executive therapists and psychiatrists.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical setting experience after full licensure.
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field.
• Active, valid license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems (NextGen).
• Computer literacy across standard software.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment adjustments.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
