Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join a remote/hybrid team delivering compassionate care. Clinicians will diagnose, treat, and monitor progress with individualized plans while collaborating with executive therapists and psychiatrists for case consultations.

The role supports patient engagement through integrated technology, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical autonomy in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field is required.
• Active, unrestricted professional license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Licensed clinicians with US practice eligibility only; associate/intern levels not hired.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and plan updates.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
