Role offers autonomy in patient care within a supportive framework, backed by insurance processes handled for you and innovative technology to streamline documentation and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist; associates not hired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• EHR proficiency; NextGen familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
