Ceregen Group Home seeks an experienced Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with TAC Chapter 748 and other regulations. Lead staff, manage care plans, and coordinate with agencies to provide trauma-informed services and a safe environment for children in care.

You will oversee admissions, ARD meetings, and court hearings, while promoting growth and ensuring high-quality care. Remote-friendly role with strong leadership expectations.

Formación

• Must hold a Texas Child-Care Administrator License (LCCA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child placement, residential care, or human services; at least 1 year in supervision/administrative role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of Ceregen Group Home and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff supervision, ongoing training, and performance reviews.
• Manage admissions, care plans, ARD meetings, and court hearings as required.
• Maintain records, ensure safety and trauma-informed care for children.
• Liaise with referring agencies, courts, and partner organizations.
