Job summary

UPMC Community Care Behavioral Health is hiring a Licensed Professional Care Manager for the Camp Hill region. This hybrid role combines remote work with community travel and occasional in-office presence.

Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS rate and salary will be determined by education and experience. Responsibilities include coordinating behavioral health services, obtaining necessary approvals, and working with providers to ensure optimal outcomes for high-need members.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant clinical experience minimum.
• PA licensure or equivalent credential required with appropriate master’s or licensure.
• Experience in managed care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make authorization determinations for medically necessary services.
• Coordinate care with primary care and other providers.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans for community maintenance.
• Lead and participate in case conferences and treatment planning.
• Provide information on behavioral health benefits to members and providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
