Job summary

Qualifications

• Student must have strong writing skills.
• Must have attention to detail and editing abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Capable of working with materials in different formats.
• Must maintain a regular work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Indexing interviews using the OHMS system per Nunn Center standards.
• Conducting general research to verify names and entities, adding archival materials.
• Describing interviews/collections and participating in inventory.
• Digitization, editing, and preservation of audio and video.
• Assist with outreach initiatives and other duties as assigned.
