Crawford & Company is seeking a Team Manager - Liability to lead and oversee liability claim investigations and dispositions. The role requires guiding a high-performing claims team and ensuring timely resolutions within company guidelines.

You will support the VP/AVP of Claims in managing the Service Center and driving service excellence, with a strong focus on leadership and liability expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in claims management.
• Strong background managing Liability claims.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing claims teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the investigation, management, and timely disposition of Liability claims within account, carrier, and company guidelines.
• Assist the VP and/or Assistant VP of Claims in managing the Service Center.
