Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: multi jurisdictions.
• Licensing: required, NY preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process General Liability, Auto Liability & Premise claims with action plans to reach timely resolution.
• Investigate and gather information to determine exposure on the claim.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Professional certification preferred

Multi Jurisdictions knowledge

Licensing preferred (NY)
