Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Crisis experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer crisis hotline calls with timely, professional intervention.
• Assess caller needs and provide safe clinical interventions.
• Document information clearly for data collection and reporting.
• Refer callers to appropriate services and coordinate with program staff.
• Train new staff and support crisis-related activities as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings outside normal hours when required.
