You will assist with legal research, document review, interview clients, manage documents, draft correspondence, and help prepare for trials. Ideal candidates have high-volume case management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Westlaw; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume case management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong research skills using Westlaw.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies/Political Science or Paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparation
• Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather case information
• Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems
• Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
