Jobot is seeking a Lemon Law Attorney to join our California-based team with fully remote flexibility and optional hybrid office access in Los Angeles for local attorneys. The role offers a lucrative base with performance-based bonuses and a clear path toward leadership in consumer rights litigation.

You will handle a dynamic civil litigation caseload focused on consumer warranty matters, with mentorship and long-term growth in a modern, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from complaint through resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and related proceedings
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage all phases of discovery
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and settlement agreements
• Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
