Job summary

Integris is seeking a Legal Practice Leader to build and grow the legal vertical, serving as the SME for legal technology and AI. You will translate legal workflows into scalable managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI-enabled services.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Service Delivery to drive revenue growth, develop legal offerings, and position Integris as a trusted advisor to law firms. This is a remote, nationwide leadership role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in a legal environment with involvement in firm technology decisions.
Experience designing or managing technology workflows in a law firm or legal department.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the legal vertical go‑to‑market strategy for mid‑sized law firms.
Lead SME activities in sales engagements and client presentations.
Develop legal‑specific service offerings and reference architectures.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to drive revenue and ensure service quality.
