Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeks a legal secretary with a minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience to support California attorneys. The role is fully remote.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Calendar management and scheduling of meetings.
• Electronic file management and document preparation.
• State and federal court filings and trial preparation.
• Day-to-day case management and support to attorneys.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation.
• Prior insurance defense experience is a plus.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, hard-working, enthusiastic, team-oriented, critical thinker.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
• Active knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and calendar deadline management.
