Hargrove Firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Legal Talent Acquisition team in a 100% remote environment. You will manage ATS workflows, review resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruiting support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a national, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition function.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Experience reviewing resumes and coordinating candidate communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting workflows.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline management.
• Support job postings, recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and general administrative activities.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment coordination as needed.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
