Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years and current or recent agency work.
• Full-desk recruiting experience: able to manage client development and candidate sourcing.
• Proven performance with revenue accountability and placements.
• Strong relationship building with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our ATS Jax and tools to match candidates to roles.
