Job summary

Kent Daniels & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Legal Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team. This remote role requires PST hours and offers a base pay of $70,000 per year plus commissions.

You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates to law firm clients and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers. Responsibilities include handling candidate communications, creating job descriptions, maintaining HRIS/ATS databases, and conducting background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates to law firm clients.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm PST hours
