Dane Street is seeking a Legal Quality Analyst to manage the medical file review process, ensuring client questions are addressed and reports meet standards. The role involves reviewing referrals, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with physicians and clients.

Responsibilities include quality audits, communicating with clients and the Operations team, and proofreading reports. Education in paralegal studies is preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
• Paralegal experience and 18.001 counter affidavit experience are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and client questions are addressed.
• Follows up with reviewer and client for clarifications.
• Updates clients frequently on referral progress and ensures report accuracy.
• Ensures reports are grammatically correct and adhere to QA checklist.
• Formats reports for approval and communicates with physicians and clients as needed.
