Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for a fully remote role. The position focuses on processing SCRA/BK checks, performing quality control, and preparing affidavits and foreclosure chronologies.

Hours are 11:00AM-8:00PM EST, with possible collaboration across multiple client teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; basic foreclosure knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process SCRA/BK checks and quality control per client procedures.
• Prepare affidavits and foreclosure chronologies; respond to client requests.
• Communicate updates and improvements to clients and team.
• Coordinate with other departments on performance summaries and remediation.
