The Intake Specialist handles inbound calls, gathers required information during calls, and advances leads through a structured 11-step intake process in a fully remote setup. The role is evenings, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM ET, with a one-hour unpaid dinner break, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; a clear, warm phone presence.
• Fast, accurate typing while listening.
• Obsessive about spelling of names and correct address and date formatting.
• Comfortable with structured processes, scripts and checklists.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls by the second ring, top priority for new leads and clients.
• Complete intake during the call using the 11-step intake in the staff portal.
• Schedule consultations on attorney calendars; honor per-attorney limits.
• Send confirmations by email and text with intake link and directions.
• Work the follow-up queue; make calls, texts, and emails as leads advance.
• Log time and close out end-of-day records.
• Follow the firm’s intake script and maintain confidentiality.
