Core Partners Ai LLC is seeking an Independent Legal Sourcing Recruiter/Headhunter for a 100% commission-based, fully remote role. You will tap into an active requisition pipeline to source, vet, and place top-tier attorneys and legal professionals across diverse practice areas.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience sourcing attorneys or legal professionals.
Established network of legal talent and ability to headhunt passive candidates.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable in a 100% commission-based structure.
Reliable personal laptop and high-speed internet for heavy sourcing and communications.

Responsibilities

Source, headhunt and vet high-caliber attorneys and legal professionals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions.
Leverage AI tools and sourcing platforms to identify top talent and engage candidates.
Provide candidate updates and reporting to clients in a timely manner.
