Responsabilités

• Identify and engage attorneys and legal professionals through outbound calling, sourcing, networking, referrals, email, and targeted outreach.
• Build trusted relationships with legal professionals and understand their career goals.
• Own the candidate-side execution of active searches, including pipelines, priorities, follow-up, and interview coordination.
• Continue building network and knowledge across law firms, corporate legal departments, and the broader legal market.
• Take on account management and client interaction based on experience and interests.
