Job summary

amicable is building amicable Legal, a remote-friendly legal tech-forward firm focused on condominium and family law matters. We seek a Conveyancing Lead to design and run a new residential conveyancing service, handling transfer of equity for divorces/leaves, with minimal supervision and close collaboration with the family team.

You will shape the process, technology, and safeguards behind the service, running your own files while leveraging smart tools to improve how property transfers are

Qualifications

8+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Experience with transfers of equity, including divorce/separation.
Strong knowledge of England and Wales conveyancing.

Responsibilities

Handle freehold and leasehold transfer of equity cases with minimal supervision.
Lead conveyancing service alongside the family team.
Design the process, technology and safeguards behind the new service.
Build the service from scratch with freedom to shape tools and processes.
Support clients with care and clarity throughout the transaction.
