Job summary

EXUS, a global technology company, seeks a Legal Counsel to join its Compliance and Risk Management function as an in-house advisor. The role provides day-to-day legal support across the EXUS Group on commercial, employment, data protection, and governance matters.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of professional legal experience, a Law degree, and postgraduate exposure to EU and English law. Experience in tech, SaaS, or fintech is advantageous.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law with postgraduate exposure to EU frameworks and English law.
• 4–6 years of professional legal experience in corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech or international business environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to management and business teams on corporate, commercial, employment, data protection, procurement, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts including customer agreements, NDAs, supplier agreements, services agreements, and employment agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, legal workflows, approval processes, and filing standards.
