Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm prioritizing technology to streamline workflows for clients and partners. The Accounting Specialist handles billing, invoicing, submission and resolution within the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate processes.

Required are a degree in accounting (or equivalent), at least two years in a similar role, and proficiency in Word/Excel; ERP familiarity (Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, Business Central) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; high school diploma required.
• Two years of professional experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
• Experience using an ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, Business Central) preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
