Qualifications

5+ years of Legal Assistant experience, preferably supporting defense litigation teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document formatting.
Experience with state and federal court filings and docket management.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and litigation support to assigned attorneys.
Prepare, revise, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist with electronic filing of documents with state and federal courts.
Maintain attorney calendars and docket deadlines, including court appearances and depositions.
Organize and maintain electronic case files and documents.
Assist with scheduling depositions, meetings, and other case-related matters.
Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
