Job summary

Mobile Healthcare Association (MHA) is hiring a Program Coordinator, Learning & Programs to join a fully remote team. You will manage multiple workstreams from planning through delivery, coordinating faculty, learners and committee participants while maintaining timelines and systems in Asana.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem solving and clear communication with senior professionals, volunteers and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in association management, professional education, member programs, nonprofit programming or project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with senior professionals, faculty, volunteers, members and external partners.
• Ability to work independently while following established guardrails.
• Comfort learning and using technology across multiple systems.
• Ability to travel for Annual Conference and occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate webinars, Master Classes, workshops, cohorts and other professional education programs from planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain workplans, timelines and tasks; track dependencies, deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate registration, scheduling, learning materials, technology and participant communications.
• Translate approved concepts into executable workplans and timelines.
• Identify risks and delays early and recommend practical next steps.
• Support learning initiatives, accreditation activities and program quality standards.
