Job summary

ASAE is seeking an experienced contractor to support two interconnected initiatives: modernization of ReadyMe and the development of CAE-aligned microcredentials for professional growth within the association field.

The role emphasizes project coordination, instructional design, and eLearning development, with a 6-month engagement, 10–20 hours per week, and remote work within the DMV area, with occasional in-office attendance for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning-development projects with multiple stakeholders and SMEs.
• Strong instructional design experience focused on adult learners.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline.
• Experience developing online courses, microcredentials, certificates, badges, certifications, or other professional-development programs.
• Experience working with associations, credentialing organizations, professional societies, or nonprofit organizations.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and eLearning quality assurance practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Support day-to-day project management activities across ReadyMe and microcredential initiatives; maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reports; coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Instructional Design: Review and update learning content; develop objectives, assessments, activities, and learner engagement strategies; translate expertise into learning experiences; establish design standards.
• eLearning Development: Develop and modify online learning experiences using Articulate Storyline; ensure accessibility, QA, and LMS compatibility; conduct testing and implement revisions.
