Job summary

Inspirus Consulting, Inc. seeks a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) for on-demand client engagements. The role is remote, with client-site as required, and involves senior-level process improvement leadership across engagements in financial services.

The LSSMBB will diagnose complex operational challenges, structure improvement work, build client capability, and translate evidence into practical, measurable results. Travel and scope vary by engagement with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Lean Six Sigma and process transformation experience.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from a credible organization.
Experience leading cross-functional engagements and delivering measurable results.
Strong transactional and service-process experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Advanced degree preferred.
Coaching belt candidates and developing certification programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma and process transformation engagements from discovery to sustainment.
Define problem, voice of the customer, CTQs, success measures, governance, risks, and decisions.
Use DMAIC/DFSS, Lean, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
Design data collection plans using system data, interviews, focus groups, and observations.
Analyze variation with control charts, capability analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression.
Develop future-state processes and business cases tied to cost, time, quality, and revenue.
Facilitate Kaizen events and summarize decisions, owners, and due dates.
Coach belt candidates and design certification programs.
