Job summary

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Project Manager (remote) to guide lean manufacturing projects with precision. You will lead internal teams and external vendors, ensuring deliveries on time, within scope and budget using PMI-based practices and a Lean Six-Sigma mindset.

You should have 5+ years of PM experience, strong MS Project and Excel skills, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities to enhance processes and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager or Scheduler.
• Experience with MS Project and Excel required.
• PMI-based project management and Lean Six-Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and control lean manufacturing projects with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure contracts meet scope, schedule, and budget with QMS adherence.
• Lead internal and external teams with clear meetings and minutes.
• Manage submittals, changes, risks, and opportunities per QMS.
• Verify material availability to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Control costs and expenditures within the project budget.
