Job summary

Balchem is looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer based in South Ogden, Utah. In this role, you will drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity within our food manufacturing operations. You will partner with leadership to identify process losses and implement Lean methodologies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational excellence experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM systems.
• Ability to lead and develop others in a team-oriented culture.
